This is a full-time position with 5 days on-site.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leads the development and implementation of comprehensive procedures, operational requirements and supporting documentation essential to the execution and sustainment of SAP capabilities.
- Conducts thorough evaluations of physical security construction plans and infrastructure modification requests to verify compliance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 standards, ensuring that all prescribed physical security controls are properly implemented, sustained, and integrated throughout the facility.
- Ensures rigorous adherence to all applicable authorities, regulatory standards, and procedural directives as outlined in governing instructions and SOPs. Responsibilities include conducting detailed pre-screening interviews to assess personnel suitability, as well as managing the end-to-end lifecycle of the pre-screening process.
- Formulates, establishes, and oversees the implementation of comprehensive security accreditation package documentation and procedural frameworks essential for achieving and sustaining facility security and accreditation in strict alignment with applicable national, USCYBERCOM, and DoN directives, policies, and regulatory standards.
- Leads and executes a methodical semi-annual review of accreditation status and the associated Authority to Operate (ATO), ensuring continued compliance, operational integrity, and readiness across all classified environments.
- Possible travel of up to 25%
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 7+yrs experience OR High School and 11+ yrs experience OR Associates and 9+ yrs OR experience OR Master's and 5+ yrs experience OR PhD and 3+ yrs experience
- Experience delivering full range of security services including but not limited to: All aspects of pre-screening hiring and onboarding new contractors, administering briefings/debriefings, security incident management, mentoring and instructing employees to ensure program and employee compliance with sponsor CI/Security regulations.
- A robust understanding of security principles and government special security regulations (i.e. ICDs, NISPOM and SE
