It requires solid SAP data experience, strong delivery discipline, and excellent collaboration skills across business and IT stakeholders in a global, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute release deployment plans covering mapping, cleansing, migration, reconciliation, and workflow readiness.

• Monitor and track progress across all data domains, identifying gaps and driving remediation.

• Partner with Data Migration teams to validate mapping rules, transformation logic, and load requirements.

• Review Field Mapping Documents (FMDs), load templates, and data quality outputs.

• Support mock loads, data validation cycles, and pre-/post-load reconciliation.

• Ensure data migration defects are triaged, resolved, and retested.

• Validate MDG configuration, workflows, data models, and approval routing for the release.

• Ensure MDG readiness for go-live, including workflow activation and transport sequencing.

• Support workflow testing, error resolution, and cross-functional alignment of governance rules.

• Coordinate test data preparation, availability, and validation for SIT, BST, UAT, PQ, and performance testing.

• Ensure master data supports end-to-end scenarios across supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, finance, and quality domains.

• Support issue resolution, retesting, and traceability documentation.

• Execute data quality checks and validation rules aligned with GxP, SOX, GDP, GDPR, and audit requirements.

• Support compliance reviews and ensure evidence is captured for controlled environments.

• Identify data quality issues and work with data stewards to implement corrective actions.

• Support cutover planning activities including final data loads, sequencing, and sign-off steps.

• Execute cutover tasks related to data migration, MDG workflows, and data readiness checks.
