This position is currently classified as “hybrid” in accordance with Takeda’s Hybrid and Remote Work policy and will be based out of Bannockburn, IL.
OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
The Senior Analyst, Insights and Analytics, plays a critical role in performing advanced data research and analysis to support various BioLife Plasma functions. By analyzing large data sets, this role drives informed business decisions and identifies actionable trends.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Perform complex data research and analysis to inform business functions and strategic decisions with a focus on ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and integrity
- This position works with various functions as analytical needs arise, helping to effectively understand and interpret business cases
- Identify trends within large data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Manage data-driven projects and operational processes independently with minimal supervision
- In addition, this job will be responsible for creating analytic reporting and identifying insights or actions to drive improved optimization within BioLife
- Contribute business requirements for business technical solutions

- Develops forward-thinking methodologies in data analysis, visualization, and reporting processes, and can translate findings into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders
