Responsible for abstracting, coding, and appropriately sequencing ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes and CPT codes and modifiers. This role may also include training and auditing.
Responsible for the assignment of correct initial diagnosis and procedure codes, secondary diagnosis and procedure codes, and modifiers
Maintain 95% quality score
Qualified candidates must have an active RHIA, RHIT, CPC, or CCS-P credential
