8am to 5:30 pm flexible
1 day hybrid after 90 days of training

Prior experience working in the blood center or red cross


 

Job Summary

Responsible for leading a team of donor services representatives, driving revenue growth through effective fundraising strategies, and ensuring exceptional donor experiences.

Essential Functions-Manage and provide guidance to a team of donor services representatives, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
-Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to drive revenue growth.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, ensuring exceptional donor experiences throughout the giving process.
-Set sales targets and KPIs for the donor services team, monitoring performance and implementing strategies to achieve or exceed fundraising goals.
-Develop and implement strategies to enhance donor retention rates, including donor recognition programs, personalized communication, and tailored giving opportunities.
-Ensure fundraising practices adhere to ethical standards, industry regulations, and organizational policies.


 

Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required

Experience
Business Development Experience 5-7 years required

Fundraising Sales Experience 3-5 years required

Supervisory Experience 3-5 years required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of fundraising strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating successful teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with donors at all levels.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to meet or exceed fundraising targets.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and fundraising software.
