Responsibilities:

The Financial Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, is responsible for overseeing the accuracy and efficiency of accounting services across all corporations within the Phoebe system. This role involves supervising the reporting group accounting team, coordinating work across departments, and assisting the Corporate Controller in various financial functions. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying efficiency improvement opportunities and ensuring that all financial reporting meets the required standards and timelines.

Requirements:

The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families and co-workers.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fiscal management and supervisory experience in a health care related entity required.
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
B.S. or B.A. degree in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting required. MBA / CPA or CMA preferred.
