The Data, Analytics & AI Division is in charge to transform BCR in a data driven organization being responsible for end-to-end delivery of AI, BI & Advanced analytics solutions, data governance and quality. We combine business and technical knowledge at the same time, and we coordinate and define data strategy for the entire organization.

We are looking for a Product Owner to take charge of the Business Growth Data vision, initiatives, roadmap and its excellent implementation team, in order to maximize the product value and features.

How you will contribute

• Leads the delivery of end-to-end data products aligned with business goals;
• Prioritizes and manages a transparent, well-structured backlog;
• Ensures compliance with data governance and reporting standards;
• Translates business needs into clear, actionable requirements for development teams;
• Defines product roadmap and performance KPIs;
• Validates business and technical acceptance criteria;
• Collaborates closely with stakeholders and implementation teams;
• Maximizes product value and team efficiency;
• Adapts plans and backlog based on delivery challenges and evolving priorities.

What will help you be successful

• Bachelor's degree in economics, technical, mathematics or computer science;
• Good knowledge regarding banking products and processes. Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking;
• Good knowledge of Data Management and Data Warehouse software development implementation flow.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a collaborative environment, delivering data frameworks and BI solutions;
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in delivering complex projects in agile frameworks;
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills;
• Team player with leadership skills and great talent for motivating people and make them work on a common purpose.
