Role: RCM Business AnalystDuration: 6-12 months contract Location: 100% remote
Job description:Document detailed business and technology requirements for Task Management based claims arbitration process workflow. Work with Technology Project Manager to drive solution development and Quality Control. Work with the data analytics team to define and implement the requested data needed for the solution.
Skills needed:
Documentation of workflow processCreating user acceptance testing plans and scripts.Experience in Task/case management systems full life cycle development implementationRevenue Claims Management KnowledgeKnowledge of Claim DataKnowledge of data flow concepts and EDW constructs.Great communication and documentation skillsGreat Visio/Work/Excel/PowerPoint SkillsGood to know “Outsystems” and other task/management systems.Good to know Contract management systems.
