We are currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to support our client acquisition and account management efforts. The successful candidate will assist with building strong relationships, executing sales strategies, and supporting client needs in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining positive client relationships.
Support the development and implementation of strategic sales initiatives.
Monitor and report on account performance, ensuring targets are met.
Conduct outreach to potential clients and follow up on leads.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and external use.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay up to date with market trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or account management is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and work well under pressure.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-growing environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
