You will assist in light cleaning tasks</li><li><strong>Mobility - </strong>You will support the client with moving around their home to enable them to live as independently as possible.</li><li><strong>Social activities - </strong>You will encourage and support with trips out, social engagements and activities in the client's home</li><li><strong>Medication - </strong>You will prompt, assist or administer medications and creams</li><li><strong>Mentorship</strong> - As a senior care assistant you will support new staff in their induction period and mentor them</li><li><strong>Spot checks - </strong>You will occasionally carry out spot checks and supervisions as directed by your Registered Manager</li></ul><p><strong>About Agincare</strong></p><p><strong><span>We’re a family run </span></strong><strong><span>business that’s been caring and supporting  people since 1986.
