Job Description Summary:
The Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy & Operations for our North America Nutrition business (US and Canada) will lead our shelf stable and kids juice business in North America. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing effective commercial strategies aligned with consumer insights, category trends, and customer dynamics. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the North American beverage market, particularly in the shelf-stable and kids juice segments, and demonstrate a proven track record in navigating the complexities of commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement cohesive commercial strategies that address consumer and shopper needs, category growth, and competitive positioning within the shelf-stable and kids juice business.
Lead the commercialization of new innovations, ensuring successful market entry and adoption.
Define and deploy effective AMPS (Availability, Merchandising, Pricing, Space) strategies to optimize product presence and performance across key channels and accounts.
Partner closely with brand teams to ensure alignment of brand strategy and objectives with market realities and customer expectations.
Act as the primary liaison between the brand teams and sales, effectively representing each side's perspectives and interests to foster productive partnerships and strengthen category growth strategies.
Develop comprehensive order of entry and SKU productivity analysis to ensure our portfolio of brands drive top and bottom-line growth for The Company and our customers.
Utilize deep market insights to forecast trends, identify growth opportunities, and anticipate competitive movements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, brand marketing, and category management, to ensure a unified approach to achieving business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. An MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in commercial strategy and/or operations, sales, brand marketing, and/or category management, ideally within the shelf-stable or kids juice segments.
Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute successful commercial strategies in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable commercial plans.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven leadership qualities and team collaboration skills.

$116,500 - $145,800Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
