What success looks like in this role:
We are seeking a skilled IT Process and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team, with a dedicated emphasis on LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies. As part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the smooth delivery of top-tier solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, your responsibilities will encompass dissecting processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and championing the implementation of best practices across our IT projects.
The successful candidate will have:
Experience of delivering Operational Excellence/ Continuous Improvement with data analysis and colleague engagement to drive tangible results.
Utilise LEAN / Six sigma methodologies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Have the ability to self manage workload and weather changing business pressures whilst staying focused on overall objectives, a strong level of business resilience.
People management and project leadership skills, and ability to motivate employees in a high pressurized environment.
An engaging and collaborative approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels, to drive action.
Excellent communication skills - spoken, written, presenting.
Lead Transformational change
Lead previous new client onboardings/ large Project implementation.
Day to Day role:
Understanding a holistic view of systems comprising people, processes, and technologies.
Conducting Root Cause Analysis to identify the underlying reasons for problems or events.
Performing Causal Analysis to determine the cause-and-effect relationships between different factors.
Refine and develop standard processes, work instructions and process maps documentation for efficient ways of working and share best practices across the teams.
Contribute to the development of a sustainable Continuous Improvement culture through building capability with the teams you work in and with.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Lean Six Sigma certified to Green or Black Belt level, and if not, be prepared to work towards it.
Proven experience in IT process improvement and quality assurance.
Experience in working with implementing automation solutions.
Change Management qualification and experience.
DMAIC experience
Problem Analysis (5 Why’s, Fishbone Analysis).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Ability to think critically and logically.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
