The following position is to join our RTX Global Communications Team:
Associate Director, Commercial Engines Aftermarket Operations Communications Commercial Engines (CE) is Pratt & Whitney’s largest business, making up more than 50 percent of the annual revenue. RTX Communications is seeking an outstanding candidate to develop and deliver communications strategies and content across the P&W CE portfolio. As a member of the Communications team, you will work with company leaders to help drive business results by providing world-class communications in support of company priorities.
What You Will Do:
Serve as the Communications point of contact and a key member of the leadership team supporting the CE SVP Operations.
Develop and lead an integrated communications plan and cross-functional team to support the aftermarket operations organization’s business objectives and employee engagement goals, as a key part of the Commercial Engines single aisle market priority.
Track progress on the plan and partner with cross-COE colleagues on measurement.
Conduct regular business reviews with CE leadership to assess progress and course-correct, as necessary.
Prepare and secure approval for communications deliverables, including talking points, key messages, prep packages, posts, featured content, speeches, news releases, holding statements, presentations.
Prepare the CE SVP Operations and other business leaders for external speaking opportunities.
Partner with the Media Relations team to achieve a positive narrative in the media and leverage program news and milestones. Help facilitate media interviews and ensure participants are prepared.<
