Executive Assistant
Fitch Group is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Global Head of Mergers & Aqusitions and Venture Investments, the Chief Financial Officer and the Head of HR based out of our New York office.

We’ll Count on You To:
- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations
- Own and optimize calendars, schedule meetings and conference calls (external scheduling for two director-level employees also required)
- Oversee successful execution of in-person and virtual meetings (booking rooms, virtual meeting rooms, audio / visual setup, greeting visitors, respond to participant requests in a timely manner, etc.)
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and obtain approvals as needed
- Assist with research projects and administrative tasks such as data entry, preparation of presentations and materials for conferences and meetings, and other related clerical duties
- Prepare and submit expense reports
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding as needed
- Plan team meetings including offsites, group holiday events, etc.
- Act as liaison with IT, Mailroom, Facilities and other building personnel (Security, Property Management, etc.)
- Provide other ad hoc support as needed
- Prioritize and take-initiative in completing assignments, juggle various tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines all with minimal supervision
- Complete work at a very high standard
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
What You Need to Have:
- 5+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role
- Bachelor’s degree
- High proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all levels of the organization
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with supervising personnel, coworkers, and business professionals
- Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude
- High degree of professionalism in all respects
- Flexible and able to multitask, and prioritize work
- In the office 4 days a week
