The Treasury Management Specialist works in tandem with the Director of Product Management Operations to develop, implement and manage the Treasury Services suite of products. Takes a lead role with respect to all Treasury Services projects related to product, pricing, and overall department organization. Assists with keeping the Treasury Services Consultants up to date on information related to products and their applications. Serves as the Treasury Services liaison for all conversion and merger related activity. Assists Treasury Support team and Treasury Consultants with day-to-day work as time permits and during heavy workflow days.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Coordinate and oversee all Project Management activities related to Treasury Services.
2. Evaluation of existing products as well as development of new product offerings.
3. Provide backup assistance to the Treasury Services Support team.
4. Coordinate conversion-related activity as it relates to Treasury Services.
5. Assist with managing the suite of existing Treasury Services products.
6. Develop and implement new or updated Treasury Services products working in tandem with the Treasury Services Product and Support Manager, internal and external partners.
7. Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, production and support units to ensure timely and efficient delivery of Treasury Services products.
8. Participate in tradeshows, expos and other related forums to stay up to date on product offerings and enhancements.
9. Participate in joint calls with the Treasury Services Consultants where technical expertise is needed.
10. Interface with other areas of the Bank such as Retail Banking, Credit, Mortgage Banking, etc. to provide training and support.
11. Monitor practices of competition in order to make recommendations on product GAPS and pricing GAPS.
12. Client support / issue resolution of new and existing Treasury Services clients.
13. Coordinate and execute on all Treasury Services issues both internal and client-related.
14. Coordinate and assist with new and existing Treasury Services client implementations.
15. Facilitate the approval on all ACH and RCD credit exception request.
16. Issue resolution with business partners and clients as it relates to Treasury Services.
17. Compliance with any and all BSA/AML/CFT and Sanctions requirements set forth by Bank Policy and Procedure, including but not limited to timely completion of assigned training.

The position performs duties specific to the position and other functions as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position is not responsible for the supervision of staff.
ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
The incumbent is in a non-confined office setting in which they are free to move about at will. In the course of performing the duties and responsibilities of this position spends time writing, speaking, listening, lifting (up to 25 pounds), sitting, typing on a computer keyboard, and standing, kneeling and reaching.
The incumbent for this position may operate any or all of the following: telephone, copy and fax machine, adding machine, computer and related printers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
These specifications are guidelines based on the minimum experience required to perform the essential functions of the job. Individual abilities may result in some deviation from these guidelines:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1 - 3 years financial services experience in Treasury Services sales, operations and/or products preferred. Commercial Banking operations experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent Project Management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to review very detailed
