About the role

Job Description:

  • Responsible for managing Quality Team and day to day tasks
    • QE/Quality techs- Validate completion of Job order audits
  • First piece verification audits
  • Managing APQP for Service Product Transfers
  • Leads containment and sort activities
  • Manage all customer complaints and ensure they are addressed on time in the customers system
  • Supports and drives Green Scorecards for OEMs
  • Maintain access to all Customer portals and service specific applications
  • Will be direct communication to all Service OEMs pertaining to Quality Issues.
  • Develop and achieve KPI Targets for SCOE
    • Monthly POR’s
  • Monthly Quality Meetings
  • Leads SCOE in Obtaining/Maintaining required certifications
    • IATF
  • ISO
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining the SCOE Quality Management Systems
  • Manage and ensure timely PPAP Submissions and Requirements
  • Support Engineering group with updates or creation of Job Work instructions and updates to PFMEA’s and Control Plans
  • Manage IMDS completion and submissions
  • Mange Suppliers for incoming quality of goods and Supplier PPAPs

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of BOM’s / Drawings-Prints / GD&T
  • Understanding of DFMEA, Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plans
  • Problem solving
    • Six Sigma Certified/Mindset
  • 5 Why/8D
  • Microsoft office applications
    • Teams
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • LPA, MPA and IAFT Audit certifications/training preferred
  • Knowledge of EASE Audit platform preferred
