We believe that the work you do should matter - it should be meaningful to you professionally and personally, and it should have a positive impact on both you and our clients.&nbsp; If this sounds exciting to you, let’s chat!</p> <h3>ADOBE (AEP) ARCHITECT</h3> <p>What experience should you have:</p> <ul> <li>10+&nbsp; years in enterprise data, MarTech, or digital architecture roles.</li> <li>3+ years of experience within the Adobe Experience Platform, including one or more: RT-CDP, Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Web SDK.</li> <li>Ability to work with JSON structures, SQL (via AEP Query Service/Data Distiller), and REST APIs.</li> <li>Expert-level knowledge of XDM (Experience Data Model) and Identity Namespaces.</li> <li>Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK (Alloy.js) and server-side data collection.</li> <li>Experience leading client discovery sessions, translating "marketing speak" into technical requirements, and presenting to executive stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p>Nice to have:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in consultancy environments.</li> <li>Adobe certifications (RT-CDP, AJO, CJA).</li> <li>Knowledge of data privacy frameworks.</li> </ul> <p>What you’ll be doing in this role:</p> <ul> <li>You will own the technical roadmap for AEP implementations, defining how data flows from ingestion (streaming/batch) to activation.</li> <li>You aren't just drawing boxes; you will lead the setup of schemas, datasets, identity stitching rules, and merge policies within the AEP interface.</li> <li>Architecting the frameworks for DULE (Data Usage Labeling &amp; Enforcement), consent strings, and PII management to ensure compliant data usage.</li> <li>Designing the "connective tissue" between AEP and the broader stack, including Snowflake/Databricks, CRM systems (Salesforce/MS Dynamics), and advertising destinations.</li> <li>Reviewing the work of engineers and consultants to ensure implementation matches the architectural blueprint and Adobe best practices.</li> </ul> <p>What you'll need to accomplish in your first year:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the architectural design and oversee the successful "Go-Live" of at least two enterprise-scal
