Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 10 years of experience in accounting related functions, or 8 years with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance, focused on GAAP standards for consolidations, VIE assessment, investments, and structured finance.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems, including data flow for consolidation, eliminations, and reporting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading transformative projects to drive continuous improvement.
- Experience with tightly controlled, efficiently designed, and managed business processes.
- Experience planning, managing, and delivering results at the strategic and operational level in an evolving, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of key accounting guidelines, and an understanding of US GAAP.
- Excellent process orientation, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address issues, own the outcome, and continuously work for excellent processes and deliverables.
- Excellent business partnering, influencing, and presentation skills, with effective business acumen, and ability to communicate and partner with executive business leaders.

As a Corporate Accounting Manager, you will utilize skills from accounting (i.e., technical and operating accounting, system implementations, communication, cross-functional engagement (e.g., Controllership, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, and Engineering), project management, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and skills to manage, build, and develop an accounting process).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$221,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
