As a Sales Operations Associate, your role will be pivotal in supporting the sales team and facilitating the seamless operation of sales processes. Your responsibilities will encompass defining, implementing, and evaluating sales processes aimed at achieving organizational objectives. Collaborating closely with the Sales Operations Specialist, you'll oversee the completion of Salesforce-related tasks and manage all Salesforce-related business functions. This position will involve extensive cross-functional engagement, offering you the chance to collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, customer support, engineering, finance, and more.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 0-1 years of relevant work experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Excel Skills - Understanding of Excel functions, formulas, and features such as PivotTables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, deduplication and charts

  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and generate insights to improve sales performance

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with sales team members, customers, and other stakeholders

  • Ability to support sales-related projects which involves coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring successful project outcomes

WE’D LOVE TO SEE

  • College degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or Data Analytics

  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM system to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and generate reports

  • Understanding of the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including prospecting, qualification, and closing techniques

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or sales support roles

  • Knowledge of object-oriented systems and relational databases

  • Experience using Google Suite of products

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all aspects of user and license management including roles, profiles, permissions, groups, etc.

  • Create and customize ad hoc reports, scheduling- automating as needed

  • Maintain reporting folder structure

  • Dashboard maintenance including seasonal updates and change requests

  • Work Salesforce project and change request tickets including but not limited to field changes, page layout changes, reporting needs, and validation rules

  • Create and revise sales process documentation

  • Support sales team with lead processes including qualifying leads from multiple lead queues

  • Ensure data integrity in Salesforce by monitoring Salesforce Admin Queue, performing data merges of contacts and accounts, and preventative data cleansing

  • Assist in marketing activities such as creating Campaigns/Campaign Members and developing targeted lists per direction of Demand Generation Manager

  • Assist Sales Operations Specialist in larger complexity Salesforce related projects such as new integrations, multi-object and workflow creation, new business channels

  • Assisting with the development and delivery of sales training programs and materials to ensure that sales team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills

  • Other duties as requested
