THE JOB:

It is the primary responsibility of the Environmental Services Assistant Manager to oversee the EVS/PAD daily operations of the floor,  employees, and daily administrative duties.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service at all times.

• Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts to ensure seamless execution.

• Perform regular inspections of public areas, offices, back-of-house spaces, and the casino to uphold exceptional cleanliness standards.

• Utilize expertise in scheduling and labor management to optimize efficiency.

• Apply strong organizational skills to operate effectively under time constraints, with keen attention to detail, impactful training, coaching, and leadership abilities.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in EVS or Housekeeping.

• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant supervisory experience.

• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.

• Experience in a similar resort setting.

• Bilingual, with English as the primary language.

• Able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment; has a sense of urgency and maintains a professional persona.
