We’re seeking an experienced professional to manage a complex portfolio of new innovation charters and co-manufacturing projects across multiple international regions. This role is integral to ensuring on-brief, on-budget, and on-time delivery of groundbreaking projects that drive business unit profitability and bring new products to market. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll lead the charge in planning, executing, and managing projects while developing critical capabilities to meet evolving requirements.

As a key player in our team, you’ll navigate ambiguity with urgency, leveraging your expertise to proactively identify and resolve obstacles. You’ll communicate updates, advise stakeholders on potential risks, and ensure compliance with international regulations and market demands. From leading Agile processes and managing milestones to collaborating with marketing, winemaking, and legal teams, your ability to unite diverse perspectives will be pivotal in achieving success. With fluency in project management systems like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Planner, as well as proficiency in MS applications, you’ll stay ahead of the curve, managing timelines and delivering results.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of customer service, change management and supply chain management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of customer service, supply chain, or project management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Skilled in the use of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

 

How You'll Stand Out

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) plus 5 years of product change management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Demonstrates an expert understanding of winery production, package component manufacturing or change management processes.
• Expert written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly detail oriented, must have expert proofreading skills. Ability to communicate clearly, accurately and effectively while appreciating International cultural sensitivities and business practices.
