As Program Manager, you will manage and maintain initiatives related to an assigned program. Your efforts will focus on developing systems and procedures to enhance patient care within the Cleveland Clinic. In this role, you will also have numerous opportunities to advance your skills through extensive hands-on experience, all while advancing the future of healthcare.
A caregiver in this position works 8:00am to 5:00pm with on-call requirements.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.
- Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
- Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
- Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
- Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and two years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training
- OR High School Diploma/GED and six years of experience
- OR Associate’s Degree and four years of experience
- OR Master’s Degree and one year of experience
- Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Cisco, UCCE and/or Verint experience

Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
