We are seeking a full-time Project Manager who is passionate about creating clean, organized, and safe environments for our clients. You’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout your assigned client sites while working with a supportive team that values excellence and integrity.

Shift:

Monday – Friday, Occasional Weekends | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Pay:

$27 - $30 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Audit Supervisor's safety performance of their teams. Ensure all safety activities, investigations and training are complete.

Plan organize and direct section to ensure work performance in accordance with contract specifications and within budgets.  

Visit client sites and inspect account on a regular basis to maintain good relationships and ensure account retention. 

Responsible for selection, development and training of Supervisor. Appraise their performance and make recommendations concerning pay adjustments, promotions, transfers, and /or terminations.

Continually analyze and monitor labor and supply costs for account and take corrective action when performance deviates from expectations.

Work with Supervisor and Leads to ensure that clients’ requests and problems are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. 

Inform and educate client of additional services that MSNW can provide.  

Responsible for keeping Operations Manager informed of any serious problems in the assigned areas.  

Perform other duties and projects as directed by Operations Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work-related experience is required.

5 + years management experience.

Ability to work independently and with good judgment.

Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills.

Strong knowledge of Special Service / janitorial industry. 

Staff development experience and Clients Service skills required. 

Outstanding verbal and written skills. 

Strong knowledge of computer software programs.

Access to reliable transportation
