Join us as a Senior MuleSoft developer, where you'll architect scalable solutions, mentor engineers, and drive agile delivery. You'll collaborate across teams to integrate emerging technologies and continuously improve platforms.
Seeking a Senior MuleSoft Developer with expertise in connectors (Salesforce, AWS, HTTP, OData), integration patterns, and CI/CD pipelines.
This role involves mentoring, troubleshooting, and collaborating across teams to deliver scalable, containerized API-led solutions.

The Role

• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, driving best practices and innovative solutions.
• Discovery Enablement: Facilitate the identification and exploration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance our solutions.
• Solution Architecture: Design scalable solutions, translating business requirements into robust technical architecture.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Principal Engineers and Senior Business Analysts, partnering with numerous external stakeholders to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify optimization opportunities, recommend new tools, and drive platform innovation.
• Evaluate Emerging Technologies: Assess new technologies for potential integration.
• Drive architectural decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Champion agile methodologies, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Provide technical leadership in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and fostering a culture of quality and continuous learning.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes, tools, and technologies.

What you offer

• Knowledge of MuleSoft connectors including Salesforce, AWS, Database, HTTP, and OData.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce object model and core functionality (bonus).
• Understanding of integration patterns such as:
  • Orchestration
  • Aggregation
  • Routing
  • Scatter-Gather
  • Request & Reply
  • Fire and Forget
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitLab.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies; Kubernetes experience beneficial for Runtime Fabric (RTF).
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Anypoint Monitoring.
• Proven ability to mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews.
• Skilled in troubleshooting production issues under pressure.
• Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, and Architects.
