Responsabilities

• Has technical responsibility for the coordination and execution of SAP Basis Operations support activities.

• Applies technical leadership skills to deliver successful initiatives.

• Integrates science, technology, engineering and capability to deliver improved processes, equipment, and systems.

• Supports SAP Basis Operations with experience around ITSM/ITIL processes.

• Focus on customer centricity & operational excellence.

• Serve as domain specialist and focal point for architectural planning, assessment and frameworks including, capacity tuning and performance management.

• Define reusable components, frameworks, common schemas, standards, and tools to be used across platforms.

• Help program and project management in identifying key technical risks, prepare and lead technical mitigation plans

Job Qualifications

• Proficient in SAP technology stack. 8+ years of applicable hands-on experience in SAP Platform and technology experience

• Hands-on experience Service Now (Service Now) & Automation

• In-depth understanding of core IT infrastructure concepts: data centers, security, networking, storage, compute, and software applications

• Knowledge of emerging HANA ecosystem and associated architecture

• Hands-on experience with: HANA Database Administration, Intermediate Linux Administration, SAP System Monitoring, SAP Performance Analysis, Technical solving, SAP system Upgrade & Patching

• Ops excellence demeanor and high interpersonal skills in English language (C1)

• Preferred: SAP Certifications NetWeaver/S4HANA, ITIL v4, Cloud Certs (Microsoft Azure)

• Rotation on weekends is required once a month.
