The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.
Principal Purpose of Position:
- Monitor daily workload of the Communication Group in Supply Chain to ensure targeted date/deliverables are on track to be met
- Assist with incoming volume to ensure service levels are achieved; support team and critical escalations
- Analyze and develop processes and training guides to assist team in daily work volume; aid in reporting development, and monitors client KPIs
- Perform and/or validate business analyses, generate related reporting, develop process maps, and identify resource needs
- Work cohesively with all internal stakeholders, teammates, and internal contacts
- Ability to influence decision-making through proactive engagement, recommendations, and creative solutions
- Identify new processes or functions and work with management to execute; support IT requests and other business needs to ensure the team has all the tools available to them to perform their job
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
Education and/or Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
Relevant Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in fleet management and/or Supply Chain
- Project management experience highly desirable
- Demonstrated analytical skills and experience; collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information.
- Customer Service, account management or equivalent experience are a plus
