Overview
The Senior Manager, Data & AI Product Management will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and communication of the Data & AI Product Roadmap for the Data Intelligence department. Senior Director creates consensus and clarity regarding the intent and status of Data Strategy in alignment with the higher-level goals of Children's Mercy. The Senior Manager, Data & AI Product Management is the means by which we maintain continuity between all parts of the Data Intelligence department, as well as the means by which we maintain a mutual understanding of priorities with our key partners and stakeholders across the organization. Senior Manager, Data & AI Product Management serves as an expert in Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence best practices and applies deep knowledge of Data-related tools and methodologies to design and deliver solutions that meet objectives and deliver key results.

Responsibilities
- Serve as an expert in Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence best practices at Children?s Mercy. Apply deep knowledge of Data-related tools and methodologies to design and deliver solutions that are fit for purpose.
- Further develop the Product Management function for Data Intelligence by standardizing our approach to assessing the data-related needs of our colleagues and then continually delivering iterative value in alignment with that assessment
- Lead the Business Review process, exhaustively collecting and effectively communicating the most relevant updates, successes, and challenges to our key partners and stakeholders. Effective communication with key stakeholders across diverse groups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years' experience in Product Management (or analogous experience), modern data & analytics platforms, enterprise data management practices, and/or data science with a focus on machine learning solutions or related experience. Healthcare or healthcare technology background preferred but not required.
- Agile Certification Preferred
