Manufacturing Training Manager

Responsible for the strategic management of compliance training by administering and standardizing LMS roles and curricula, supporting learners and managers, mentoring junior staff, leading LMS validation, collaborating with BPO and content owners, and generating KPI-driven reports to optimize training compliance across the organization.


Your role:

  • Administered global compliance training assignments across regions and functions, ensuring regulatory and learning standards compliance; served as QMS Training SME during audits.

  • Led continuous improvement initiatives within training administration, applying independent judgment to optimize processes and drive compliance outcomes.

  • Standardized roles, curricula, and documentation within the LMS, supporting system validation, maintenance, and audit readiness.

  • Provided end‑to‑end learner and manager support, including training assignments, progress tracking, and technical issue resolution.

  • Collaborated with BPOs and content owners to tailor learning requirements and mentored junior administrators to strengthen team performance.


You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Science, Information Technology, Quality Management, or an equivalent field is required. No specific certifications are required for this role.

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in compliance-related tool administration or training administration within a highly regulated industry. Experience with LMS, QMS, training administration, regulatory requirements, and user support.

  • Strong skills in KPI reporting, data analysis, continuous improvement, and business acumen.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.


How we work together


We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details:

The pay range for this position in Colorado Springs, Colorado is $92000 to $122000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
