We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our fast-growing energy consultancy business and embark on an HR transformation journey with us.

The HRBP will report to the Head of HR supporting HR operations in the USA. You will work closely with the broader global HR team to ensure we are providing a high-quality HR service.

Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Qualifications

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to promoting equity, diversity and inclusion in the way we work
• Ability to proactively communicate, engage and build trusted relationships with stakeholders
• Strong ability to plan and prioritize tasks
• Strive for continuous improvement in HR processes continually looking to create efficiencies
• General knowledge of state employment law and practices, in particular Houston, Boston and California
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, ability to prepare written reports, presentations, policies and other documents as required
• Experience in data analysis, reporting and problem solving
• Self-driven with strong organization skills
• Previous experience at HRBP level is essential

Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Responsibilities

• Work closely with USA VP to deliver quality HR service to the USA region
• Implement processes and identify innovative work methods; ensure optimal service delivery to internal clients
• Provide a broad range of HR services to support growth in the USA region
• Ensure delivery of key projects/initiatives aligned with Xodus vision and goals
• Support embedding of best HR practices in employment relation issues, engagement, wellbeing, people strategy, diversity and inclusion, and talent management
• Make a positive impact in key areas including resourcing, retention, wellbeing, performance management, and reward and recognition
• Deliver high-quality HR service to the USA region
• Help achieve Vision 27 ambition of making Xodus the place to work
• Support annual benefits renewals and salary reviews
• Support the Employee Engagement Survey
• Provide HR advice to managers and employees
