Finance Manager, Reality Labs

Meta is seeking to fill a position on the Reality Labs Consolidations team, responsible for all facets of consolidated Financial across Reality Labs. In this role, you will gain invaluable experience with visibility into Meta's business & operations and have broad impact within the Finance organization. You will be extensively involved with high-profile strategic and operational initiatives, deliver business analytics and insights, and facilitate the growth of our financial & business planning processes to support an increasingly complex ecosystem. You will also contribute meaningfully to business planning, forecasting and support ad hoc projects with opportunities for broad cross-functional interactions.Finance Manager, Reality Labs Responsibilities

• Key contributor to providing the leadership team with clear insights into drivers of business growth, risks, and opportunities.
• Driving quarterly close, forecast and day to day financial management, including coordinating with stakeholders
• Driving Strategic Planning Processes including Budgets and Long Range Plan for Reality Labs Opex/Capex.
• Gather, consolidate, and analyze operating and financial results, including preparing internal and external reporting deliverables and analyzing and explaining trends & drivers.
• Identify and drive initiatives to continuously improve, automate and scale forecasting and reporting tools and processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting/SEC Reporting, Investor Relations, and other teams to drive scalable analyses and insights.
• Assist with management and financial planning, including presentations and key analysis requests
• Assist with ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of finance or financial planning and analysis experience
• BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent
• Experience with financial statement analysis and a knowledge of corporate finance concepts
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with extensive experience with interpreting complex data and communicating insights effectively.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software, such as Excel, Access, and financial planning tools like Essbase/Hyperion

Preferred Qualifications

• Consolidation experience in a large company
• Detail-oriented, adept at multi-tasking and effective prioritization under tight deadlines
• Effective communication skills and experience to distill vast amounts of information into a clear and concise story.
• Experience developing frameworks and solutions to high-level questions with limited supervision
• Experience managing multiple workstreams end-to-end
• MBA
