Inside Sales Coordinator

JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Inside Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. 

 

The Opportunity

American Building Supply (ABS), a subsidiary of Jeld Wen, and one of the largest wholesale suppliers of doors, frames, millwork, and door hardware is currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to join our talented team of door professionals. This person will work with an experienced and respected sales team representing and selling our extensive line of residential and commercial door products.

What You Will Do

• Under direct supervision, the Sales Coordinator position is capable of performing the job duties of invoicing, investigating credit disputes, and interacting with the sales team as well as other administrative tasks.
• Maintaining purchase order reports and assist our operations team as needed.
• Receive high volume of incoming telephone calls.

 

Who You Are

• 2-3 years of door and millwork product knowledge is preferred, but not required.
• Customer service experience
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent work habits
• Positive outgoing attitude
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal oriented
• Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to promote and maintain a TEAM atmosphere
