The Project Manager typically drives complex, cross-functional initiatives, spanning non-IT program management, strategy projects, marketing operations, transition management and creative operations coordination.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Plan and manage cross-functional programs from initiation through to delivery, tracking scope, budget and timeline.
• Build and maintain program governance structures, RACI documents and status reporting for senior leadership.
• Manage project budgets and financial tracking, flagging variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Facilitate workstream leads and stakeholder reviews across multiple concurrent program.
• Create and manage program documentation in Airtable, Smartsheet or MS Office.

 WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years experience in project or program management in a complex organisation.
• Proficiency in Airtable, Smartsheet and MS Office.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with senior leadership exposure.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Budget management and financial tracking experience.
