POSITION SUMMARY: The Technical Lead, Digital Health and AI Integration is an HQ-based role within Project HOPE's Technical Unit, reporting directly to the Chief Health Officer. The position provides technical leadership and strategic direction for Project HOPE's health informatics, digital health, and AI integration portfolio across all geographies and program areas. The Technical Lead will drive the implementation of Project HOPE's organizational strategy on digital health and AI integration, advancing the use of technology to improve program efficiency, enhance data-driven decision-making, and strengthen health outcomes across the portfolio. The role works collaboratively the senior advisor, health informatics, MEL teams, country-based informatics staff, and program teams across the Technical Unit to ensure coherence, quality, and innovation across all digital health functions. The Technical Lead serves as the organization's primary resource on health information systems, interoperability, data architecture, AI-enabled program integration, and digital health innovation, and is critical to Project HOPE's ability to deliver on data-driven awards and to strengthen its positioning in an increasingly technology-driven global health landscape.
