Senior PR Manager - Finland

We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and well-networked Senior PR Manager to join our Helsinki team and oversee projects within PR and communication. Please note that this is a senior position and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in PR and communications.

The Senior PR Manager works for Redgert Comms Finland’s PR division. In this role, you are highly involved in maintaining relationships with and executing the strategy for our clients. You will be overseeing projects across both consumer and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on PR activities and execution of strategies for Redgert Comms’ clients, in conjunction with senior and junior team members
• Manage client relationships, including day-to-day contact and advisory
• Work cross-functionally and globally within the company to ensure maximum impact and value of PR work as part of RC's broader offering
• Quality assurance of material, presentations, and client communication carried out by the PR division
• Build and maintain relationships with potential new business targets, gaining an understanding of and realising their needs
• Report results and updates related to client projects
• Assist with the training and managing of junior members of the PR team

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience within PR and communications
• Proven skills in developing and executing successful PR strategies across multiple channels
• Strong media relations and understanding of the local media landscape, incl. journalists, influencers, and KOLs
• Experience with press releases, media pitches, and other core PR deliverables
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised and proactive — able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for culture, creativity, and storytelling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Finnish and English
