What you’ll do as a Sr. Document Control Coordinator:
The Sr. Document Control Coordinator is responsible for receiving, maintaining, validating, inventorying, printing, and issuing of project documents received from project stakeholders in the DMS according to the Document Management Plan. Sr. Document Control Coordinator is under the direction and reports to Document Control Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
- Applies broad knowledge of principles and practices in a specific practice area.
- Independently evaluates, selects, and adapts standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
- Acquires general knowledge of principles and practices of related fields, and ability to function on multidisciplinary teams.
- Works on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects
- Develops, defines, and analyzes solutions to documentation requirements.
- Coordinates the implementation of established documentation procedures.
- Performs all documentation functions on a project; implements and maintains project document control system.
- Software knowledge of folder structure check out/check in, versioning, and document upload in order to assist the Project Support Team.
- Interfaces with internal and external customers; issues project specific status reports.
What you’ll need:
- Minimum of four years’ experience in document control/management
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to operate Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Occasional travel may be required.

- Possess strong computer skills, especially in Excel and Word.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Employee will be required to communicate in person, via telephone, email, use of arm/hand steadiness, manual dexterity, finger dexterity, multi limb coordination, oral expression, and comprehension. May be required to lift, carry and move objects safely.
