Job Summary: The Freebirds Assistant General Manager is responsible for the overall operations of one assigned Freebirds location at a time and reports to the General Manager. Performance is measured against Company values and meeting various financial KPIs, in addition to upholding ethical standards expected for any similar position.   Requirements:

• Scheduling flexibility to cover the dynamic needs of the business (mornings, nights, weekends)
• Decision-making, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and present ideas, reports, and budgets in various formats
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Must have food safety manager certification upon hire
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to maintain high levels of stamina with a physically demanding schedule and workload
• Frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching required
• Ability to bend at the waist and lift items up to 30lbs
