Document Management Coordinator

<p><em>We are seeking a detail-oriented <strong>Document Management Coordinator </strong>with first-hand experience in real estate transactions to start immediately on a project to populate a virtual data room. <br/><br/></em></p><p><em>The project will be completed within a few months so your availability is required for an initial period up to 3 months. <br/></em><em>Although there is a possibility of assignment to other projects if the cooperation meets expectations on both sides.<br/></em><br/></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p> <p>Populating a virtual data room, in particular:</p><ul> <li>Ensure structured and complete collection of relevant documents in virtual data room.</li> <li>Ensure correct indexing, categorization and organization of documents.</li> <li>Collaborating with other team members for document exchange.<br/><br/></li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Successfully completed 1st and potentially 2nd state law examinations or completed studies as a commercial lawyer.</li> <li>Specialization or first experience in real estate law.</li> <li>Experience in dealing with virtual data rooms and document management systems.</li> <li>Very good written and spoken German and English skills.</li> <li>Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>We offer you the opportunity to join a challenging project immediately and gain valuable experience in real estate law.
