Exciting Opportunity: General Dentist at Scheele Dental Associates in Fort Wayne, Indiana!
Scheele Dental Associates in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking an experienced and compassionate General Dentist to join our team! Our legacy Dentist, Dr Scheele, is looking to start the transition into retirement so we are looking for a Dentist who is interested in starting as an Associate but willing to take on the Lead Dentist role when he retires in late 2025.
Potential start date of September 2025 (flexible).
As a General Dentist, you will work closely with our other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients. We are open to part-time or full-time depending on the right fit for our new team member! Experience with endo and/or oral surgery would be preferable and possibly experience with Botox and fillers as well.

Schedule: up to 4 days per week (flexible)
- Tues 8 AM - 5 PM
- Wed 8 AM - 5 PM
- Thur 7 AM - 5 PM
- Fri 7 AM - 1 PM

Compensation:
- Up to 35% collections minus 50% lab fees
- Quarterly bonus (True-up)
Requirements
- General Dentistry license in the state of Indiana
- Delivers exceptional general dentistry
- Customer service and interpersonal relations
- General pleasant, friendly, caring demeanor
- Excellent Oral and written communication
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dental environment
- Communicate well with patients and teammates
