Senior Manager, Group HR Controlling

We became a leading marketplace platform for European customers and merchants and enabled international merchants from across the wider geographical footprint and beyond to benefit from listing once and selling everywhere, while granting tens of millions of EU consumers convenient access to improved selection, best prices and delivery experience. </p><p>We are constantly improving the shopping experience and provide the broadest selection at best prices and maximum convenience for 70m potential customers across the region (Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, and Croatia).</p><p>As our business grows we also expand our structure - we are looking for an experienced HR Controlling manager, who will build the HR controlling team and design &amp; implement controlling processes for the Group.</p><p><strong>What will your main responsibilities include?</strong></p><ul><li><p>Designing processes, ways of working and reporting for HR controlling in the Allegro Group</p></li><li><p>Driving solutions and implementing controlling tolls for the whole region</p></li><li><p>Working with the finance, leadership team and HR Business Partners to plan and control headcount and staff costs across Allegro Group</p></li><li><p>Advising internal stakeholders on the structure and compensation schemes and provide guidance on these topics</p></li><li><p>Supporting the process of setting-up and implementing HR KPIs</p></li><li><p>Monitoring staff related budget, controlling spends and reporting metrics to business leadership team</p></li><li><p>Budgeting of human resources costs</p></li><li><p>Drawing conclusions from data analysis, proposing improvements and solutions</p></li><li><p>Building an HR controlling and analytics team</p></li></ul><p><strong>We offer:</strong></p><ul><li><p>A hybrid work model.
