Some critical legal intake specialist job duties are:</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Interviewing prospective clients by phone and email to learn more about the Firm and familiarize them with their cases.</li> <li>Conducting primary research to investigate whether prospective clients' claims have merit.</li> <li>Evaluating prospective clients' claims to determine whether they're in line with the areas of practice and experience of the Firm.</li> <li>Signing up new clients, gaining a client's business</li> <li>Scheduling initial consultation appointments with attorneys for promising potential candidates</li> <li>Enter client’s information for incoming and outgoing calls.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Traits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bilingual: Spanish</li> <li>Excellent telephone speaking voice, direct, clear, and concise.</li> <li>Must be empathetic - Building trust through demonstrating a genuine understanding of the customer's situation.</li> <li>Strong negotiation and people skills, demonstrating consistent and effective communication skills.</li> <li>Sales experience is a strong plus!</li> <li>Candidates must be driven, resilient, and persistent.</li> <li>Must possess a solid hunger to succeed and grow.</li> <li>Enjoy working in a team environment.</li> <li>A natural salesperson, someone who can get clients to sign with us and who can handle all aspects of personal injury claims.</li> <li>Enjoys phone interactions.</li> <li>Someone fearless in going above and beyond for the client and the Firm will work flawlessly with our team of motivated and successful specialists and strong paralegal and administrative professionals.</li> <li>Ability to so
