IT Project and Portfolio Management Specialist

Your role & responsibilities:

• Initiation, planning and management of IT integration projects as part of M&A projects of the MAHLE Group.
• Assessment of acquisition objects with regard to the IT business case and identification of optimization potential.
• Early identification and elimination of obstacles, conflicts and risks between the buyer, seller, MAHLE management, specialist sides and IT.
• Ensuring compliance with project goals and scope with stakeholders and project participants.
• Independent management of national/international project teams and further development of internal colleagues.
• Control of internal and external service providers.
• Moderation of the respective project committees and meetings.
• Project reporting, controlling and communication with all relevant stakeholders.

 

Your skills & strengths: 

• Experience in IT consulting/project management in the area of M&A.
• Broad wealth of experience in various IT areas (applications, infrastructure, interfaces, processes, organization, etc.).
• Experience in M&A Project, be it integration, separations, divestments, or carve-outs would be beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct operational due diligence and risk assessments.
• Excellent project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, Prince2, PMI-PBA etc.) are an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and communication skills and high problem-solving skills.
