We have an opening for a Medical Records Specialist 

 

Responsibilities

What You Will Do: 

• Recordkeeping: Managing, preparing, and retrieving patients charts and records
• Release of information: Releasing information to patients, healthcare facilities, and other entities according to clinic policies and laws
• Data entry: Entering patient information into various systems
• Assist with clerical tasks
• Assisting with medical records
• Patient forms
• Answering phone calls 
• Sorting and filling documents
• Scheduling appointments
• Sorting faxes and delivering to the appropriate party 
• Retrieving the mail and sorting for pick-up
