Fulton Group N.A. is a multinational boiler manufacturer with a variety of market leading products. The company is located in Pulaski, NY which is a short commute from Syracuse, just 30min from the 481-81 interchange.

The Co-op program at Fulton is a great opportunity for students to work with a multidisciplinary team and gain experience. Fulton touches many aspects of engineering, from combustion technology to electrical systems to heat transfer to turbomachinery.

The Technical Business Admin Intern is responsible for assisting the aftermarket department in the development and implementation of a service troubleshooting and training manual. The development of service documentation and processes will help standardize field work. 

ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

• Establish a knowledge base of Fulton's equipment by doing field work.
• Documentation of processes to be included in the final product. 
• Work instruction development and process documentation. 
• Service manual development.

Requirements

 
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications and Required Experience): 

• Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Engineering & Management, HVAC Mechanical or Electrical Systems or equivalent work experience. 
• Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations. 
• Strong electrical and mechanical proficiency 
• Writing skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools.

• Communication - Clearly conveying findings, both written and orally.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
