Where the Chemistry Happens...

As a Packaging Team Lead for EN they are responsible for the processes that packaging and loading batches and continuous suppling customers with product. We are seeking a Packaging Team lead that have experience in packaging, loading, shipping and technical experience. The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of strong safety and environmental performance. Examples of team lead duties include operating packaging equipment, issuing permits, sampling, troubleshooting, preparing equipment for maintenance, GMP training, and leadership of the team.

As a Packaging Team Lead, You Create Chemistry By...

• Assuring standards of safety, environmental, team and individual performance are met in a high-performance team-based organization.
• Performing Work Permitting process and prepare equipment for daily maintenance activities and train new employees on process activities in packaging, shipping and loading product.
• Being results oriented, dependable, and safety conscious.
• Participating on emergency response teams’ condition of employment.
• GMP trained and help in training new employees meet FDA requirements in our processes.
   

If you have...

•    High School Diploma or GED or 5 years of in a chemical and warehouse manufacturing environment
•    Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
•    Experience with Work Permit Writing, packaging equipment and continuous processes
•    Experience that demonstrates strong behaviors in safety and environmental performance
