Salary & Incentives

  • Base Salary: $87,000 – $108,000 annually (DOE)

  • Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (up to $32,500 annually on top of base pay)

  • Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 available

  • Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000

  • Total compensation potential: $140,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

Clinic Details
Our Benicia outpatient orthopedic clinic serves a diverse range of patients—from post-op orthopedics to sports medicine and workers’ compensation cases—using a hands-on, functional approach. Our offerings include:

  • Back, neck, and spine rehabilitation

  • Manual therapy including Graston Technique®

  • Pre- and post-operative rehab and functional recovery

  • Work conditioning, ergonomic assessments, and balance/fall prevention

  • Sports medicine and pediatric athlete protocols

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions with individualized treatment plans

  • Provide evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, functional rehab, and modalities

  • Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs

  • Document all care accurately and promptly in EMR systems

  • Collaborate with physicians, referrals, and clinic staff to optimize patient outcomes

  • Engage in mentorship, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program

  • Current California PT license (or eligibility)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for hands-on, outpatient orthopedic and sports care

  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
