This is a non-exempt level position.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of responsibilities, ranging from routine to complex, while maintaining a calm and confident persona.
- Ensure confidentiality on matters related to these offices.
- Organizing and filing of records
- Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls
- Order office supplies
- Maintain Positive Relationships with accounts
- Understand customer requirements and strive to differentiate ourselves from competition
- Handle accounting related issues and provide customer service
- Ad hoc daily reports.
- Attendance Enterprise (Payroll)
- Working with AGRIS
- Track record of exceptional achievement with a demonstrated desire and ability to proactively take on challenging work.
- A strong spirit of teamwork and cooperation and a proven ability to cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with people at all levels inside and outside of the organization.
- Independent decision making and problem solving skills with the ability to develop solutions in a logical and systematic way.
- Excellent communication skills emphasizing writing and speaking succinctly, clearly and effectively.
- Excellent listening skills with a strong ability to comprehend communication.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with an attention to detail and follow-up.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changes in environment and responsibilities.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. (Excel preferred)

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$35,400.00 - $66,600.00
