Join the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) Enterprise Applications, Migrations and Modernisation team as a GTM Specialist Solutions Architect for Mainframe modernization!<br/><br/>AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.<br/><br/>Key job responsibilities<br/>• Represent the voice of the customer; collaborate with field and central teams to bring customer feedback to product teams and continuously improve migrating mainframe workloads on AWS.<br/>• Lead curation of custom feature and availability requests for unique customer use cases.<br/>• Provide advanced technical knowledge to your aligned GTM teams to unblock our customers’ largest and most critical business challenges. <br/>• Along with your extended team, own the technical bar for specialist technical artifacts and standards.<br/>• Collaborate with your GTM colleagues to provide technical insights into GTM strategy and support field marketing to execute local technical events, campaigns, and customer engagements.<br/>• Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public-speaking events such as AWS Summit, AWS re: Invent, etc.<br/>• Guide and Support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts aligned to your customers. Our team helps customers migrate Mainframe applciations to the AWS cloud while providing a secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure for customers to innovate and unlock new potential. As a Specialist SA on the Mainframe workloads team, you will lead the technical AWS GTM strategy for Mainframe workloads in Germany. You will create scaled GTM motions for AWS to expand adoption of these services into new or existing customer portfolios.
