Our team in Cluj-Napoca is looking for enthusiastic and motivated software engineers to deliver our next-generation automation platform. We are interested in all levels of experience, from juniors to senior engineers, so please apply if you are looking for a new challenge.

 

What it takes 

 

• As a Java Developer, you will be a key member in the larger Open Text Automation agenda.
• Enhance the platform components and micro-services with new functionalities for both on-premises and SaaS deployment models.
• Participate in the design of large-scale software applications running on multiple platforms.
• Identify, debug, and create solutions for product issues.
• Write and execute unit and acceptance tests for new functionalities.
• Improve customer-facing documentation with information about new functionalities.
• Collaborate with the Product Owners, Solution Architects, Development, and QA team members on feature design to ensure scalability, performance, and high quality of the delivered solution.

 

What technologies will you be using?

 

• Java ecosystem.
• Spring, Maven, Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server.
• Jenkins, Junit, REST, Git.
• Kubernetes, Docker, Helm.

 

You are great at / Job Requirements

 

• Relevant Java application development experience
• Relevant experience with creating and working with micro-services.
• Relevant experience in developing RESTful APIs
• Relevant knowledge of database systems and the SQL language
• Code with testability and security in mind
• Experience with the AWS or Azure cloud infrastructure services
• Preferred experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm
