Senior Associate, Acquisition Management

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyse customer data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop customer growth and go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Data, Tech, Strategy, etc) to execute them.
• Build strong business cases and models for customer acquisition initiatives
• Implement initiatives and campaigns to attract new customers.
• Monitor progress, build reports and adjust strategies accordingly based on insights.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve growth targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in product management, growth, customer acquisition, or related areas. 
• Preferably to have experience in the media/ entertainment industry.
• Driven to understand customer and market needs, tailoring strategies accordingly.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant Power BI Tools.
• Basic financial and business modelling capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to be independent and take initiative in driving growth initiatives.
