Summary of Position 

The Senior Associate, Client Management serves as a trusted strategic advisor to Teladoc Health clients, helping them maximize the value of their investment in our solutions. This role combines client strategy, analytics, relationship management, healthcare expertise, and business growth to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and their members. 

As a Senior Associate, Client Management, you will lead a diverse portfolio of clients, partnering closely with stakeholders to drive member engagement, improve health outcomes, increase solution adoption, and achieve measurable results. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder who is equally comfortable leveraging data and insights to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and influence strategic decision-making.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Lead a portfolio of Teladoc Health clients of varying complexities, including enterprise employers. 
  • Partner with clients to develop and execute strategies that align Teladoc Health solutions with broader benefits and care delivery objectives. 
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, including benefits leaders, health plan executives, consultants, and C-suite decision makers. 
  • Lead strategic renewal discussions and support growth initiatives that strengthen client partnerships and expand client value. 
  • Analyze client performance data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations that improve engagement, utilization, health outcomes, and program performance. 
  • Drive client success through achievement of key performance indicators, including member engagement, utilization, retention, satisfaction, renewals, and product adoption. 
  • Navigate complex client issues and escalations, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver timely and effective resolutions. 
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders across Product, Analytics, Clinical Operations, Marketing, Operations, and Sales. 
  • Transform successful client partnerships into advocacy opportunities, including references, case studies, speaking engagements, and thought leadership initiatives. 
  • Present strategic recommendations, performance insights, and business reviews to executive audiences, helping clients achieve their healthcare and business objectives. 

The time spent on each responsibility reflects an estimate and is subject to change based on business needs. 

 Qualifications Expected for Position 

  • Bachelor's degree in related field. 
  • 3+ years of account management, client management, customer success, consulting, or related experience within healthcare, health insurance, employee benefits, wellness, or digital health. 
  • Experience managing client renewals, retention strategies, and growth opportunities. 
  • Strong presentation, communication, and executive-facing storytelling skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics, identify trends, and translate data into actionable recommendations. 
  • Experience leveraging data and reporting to influence client strategy and drive measurable business outcomes. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint; experience with Excel, and reporting tools is preferred. 

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for commission, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2026. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications
